Testing Equipment (NDTE)

Ultrasonic Thickness

Cygnus Underwater Ultrasonic Thickness Meter is used for inspecting underwater structures to accurately measure metal thickness through coatings and heavy corrosion.

We use these technologies to enhance safety and reliability during subsea maintenances and surveys.

Magnetic Particle Inspection

Parker PM-50A is used to identify ferromagnetic materials on the surface or near-surface via magnetizing a test-object, creating a magnetic field. If cracks or holes exist, the field would leak through it, revealing vulnerabilities.

This technology is used to identify damages that would normally go unnoticed, ensuring the structural integrity of structures and components.

Flooded Member Detection

Cygnus Flooded Member Detection (FMD) system is used to identify water ingress in subsea structural members; locations where water might be able to seep in structures to cause damage.

This technology can be operated by both divers and secured to ROVs for inspections, and is used to ensure the integrity of offshore structures and subsea installations.

Cathodic Protection

BATHYCORROMETER PRO® Mk7 is used for analyzing corrosion potential at certain contact points on underwater structures such as pipes, ship hulls and offshore platforms.

We use this technology to enhance safety and reliability in subsea installations and maintenance.
